Ingredients

Brownies:
2 c. sugar
5 T cocoa
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1.4 c. flour
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
.5 c. butter
.5 c. cocoa
3 2/3 c. powdered sugar (try to sift first)
1/2 c. milk (whole milk makes it more fudgy)
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Cream sugar, cocoa, and butter well. Add eggs, beating them thoroughly. Stir in vanilla. Add flour. Bake in a greased/floured (Pam is fine) 9X13 inch pan at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
Start checking with a toothpick at around 25 minutes. Try not to overcook to keep in the moisture.
Frosting: Frost while brownies are warm. Melt butter on stove. Blend in cocoa until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar alternately with milk. Add more milk if necessary to make a spreading consistency. Add vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread on brownies.
