Ingredients

0.8 cups of oats
0.4 cups of white flour
0.4 cups of brown flour
0.4 cups of raisins
0.25 cups of dried chopped apricots
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
50 g butter
1.3 cups of mild yoghurt
0.4 cups of honey, runny
IN SWEDISH:
2 dl havregryn
2 dl vetemjöl
2 dl grahamsmjöl
1 dl russin
1/2 dl hackade torkade aprikoser
1 msk bakpulver
1/2 tsk salt
50 g smör
3 dl yoghurt eller fil
1/2 dl flytande honung
Directions
Makes 12 scones.
Heat up the oven to 225 degrees.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the butter, yoghurt and honey and mix well with your fingers.
Make 12 piles with a spoon on a baking tray. Use your fingers to make them a little rounder and flatten them a little.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve fresh out of the oven with butter and perhaps cheese.

Sätt ugnen på 225 grader.
Rör ihop alla torra ingredienser i en stor bunke.
Rör i smör, fil eller yoghurt och honung. Blanda väl med fingrarna.
Klicka ut degen på en bakplåt med en sked. Forma till och platta till klickarna.
Grädda i mitten av ugnen i 15 minuter.
Servera nygräddade med smör och kanske ost.
