Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. I can't believe it's not butter light.
    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breats.
    3 cups frozen broccoli.
    1 can (10.3/4 oz) 98% fat free cream of chicken soup.
    1/2 cup 2 % milk.
    1/2 cup low fat/ fat free cheddar cheese.

Directions

Melt butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook untill browned, stirring often. Add broccoli, soup and milk. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or till done. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
