Ingredients

    1 Large package of chicken wings
    3 tablespoons of soy sauce
    5 tablespoons of olive oil (regular, NOT Extra Virgin)
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    kosher or table salt to taste, may omit
    ground or cracked black pepper to taste
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    3 -4 dashes of Louisiana hot sauce
    1/2 teaspoon ground Jamaican allspice
    1 clove garlic, minced fine

Directions

Cut the wings into pieces and discard tips. Rinse and pat dry. Combine all other ingredients into a bowl, stir until well blended. Add the chicken wings. Mix with your hands until chicken wings are well coated. Assemble on cookie sheets. I use foil on my cookie sheets and spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes. Makes 6 servings, approximately 4-5 wings per person.
