    12 oz Cubed Chicken Breast
    12 Corn Tortillias
    8 Tblsp Diced Green Chilie Peppers
    1.25 C Green Enchilada Sauce
    8 Tblsp Sour Cream
    1 C Immitation Chedar Cheese


In a sauce pan combine Green Enchilada Sauce, Chilies and Sour Cream and heat until warm. Dip each tortillia into mixture to coat. Lay tortillias out on a plate and place 1oz of chicken in each tortillia along with 1 tblsp diced onion and cheese. Roll each tortillia and place in baking dish. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle remaining chees over top.
