Ingredients
-
150 g Smoothie fruit mix - frozen
1 handful Blueberries - frozen
3/4 banana
3 dl (300 g) Multifruit juice
3 tbsp Organic Flax Seed Oil
Directions
In a blender put 150 mixed frozen berries. (I use a Smoothie-blend containing raspberries, blueberries, apple, and mango.)
Add a handful frozen blueberries. (Sometimes I throw strawberries into the mix as well.)
Cut the banana into slices and add as well.
Pour fruit juice over the fruits - just enough to cover them. (I use a Multifruit juice containing apple, Orange, and carrot - but you can use any juice you like - unsweetened of course!!)
Add 3 tbsp Organic Flax Seed Oil
PUT LID ON BLENDER and turn blender on.
Blend until mix is smooth.
Pour into two tall glasses.
Enjoy!
Makes 2 1½ -cup servings
Tip: This smoothie is lactose-free, but if you tolerate dairy you can add yougurt to the mix. You can also add protein-powder if you need more protein.
