Quick Broccoli stir fry for a quick veggie. Quick Broccoli stir fry for a quick veggie.
Number of Servings: 1


    5 ozs Broccoli florets cut to uniform size
    1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
    1 Tbsp Garlic minced
    1 Tsp Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp Water


1. Add oil to hot wok or pan with the garlic and stir fry for about 15 seconds (careful not to burn garlic).

2. Then add Broccoli florets and stir fry for about 1 minute.

3. Mix Soy Sauce with Water, add to Broccoli & stir fry for another 2 minutes.

Note: You can use low sodium Soy Sauce to reduce the salt content. Adjust cooking time according to preference of crispness. I like my veggies crunchy, so do not cook for a long time.
