Ingredients

    3 cups Minute Rice
    1 Can Low Fat Cream of Celery
    1 Can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom
    1 Cup Water
    1 Cup Frozen Peas
    1 Cup Frozen Corn
    6 Medium Mushrooms, Sliced
    10 Baby Carrots, Chopped
    1/4 Medium Green Pepper, Chopped
    1/4 Cups Light Soya Sauce

Directions

Mix the veggies, rice and water together in a baking dish. Add the Soups and Soya Sauce; Mix well. Cover and bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.

Makes 14 1/2 cup servings.
