Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb of chicken breasts
    1 C of 98% fat free low sodium cream of mushroom soup
    15 spanish pimento stuffed olives in juice
    1 C of unsweetend apple juice
    1 C of fresh broccoli
    1 C of fresh mushrooms sliced
    10 oz of thin spaghetti noodles

Directions

1. Spray a skillet with non stick cooking spray. Season chicken to your liking (I usually just use mc cormick chicken seasoning or italian seasoning) Cook chicken on both sides till slightly browned about 2 min each.
2. Put chicken breasts in prepared slow cooker
3. Add soup, apple juice, olives in brine (juice) to frying pan and blend together until smooth. Add broccoli and mushrooms.
4.Pour over chicken breasts in slowcooker.
5. Cook on low for 8 hrs
6. Prepare speghetti then toss with chicken and olives.

I also prepare this with rice sometimes.

Makes 5 servings about 1 1/4 cup each
