Ingredients

    * Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    * Nutmeg, ground, .75 tsp
    * Salt, .75 tsp
    * Pepper, black, .125 tsp
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
    * Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Butter, salted, 3 tbsp
    * Gouda Cheese, 8 oz

Directions

beat eggs. mix in flour, nutmeg, salt, pepper and milk.

Press into boiling water.

fry butter and onions in a pan. when noodles boil add them to pan and fry lightly. Add cheese and heat until melted and mixed in.
