Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces or 1/2 lb chopped
    Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup, 2.5 servings or 1 can
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1.5 cup
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    chicken broth 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tsp
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    1 chipolte pepper in adobo sauce

Directions

Heat oil in pan and cook onion and garlic until browned. Add broth and poach uncooked chicken. When done remove chicken. To the broth mixture add soup, corn, beans, salsa and chipolte pepper. While it simmers on low-medium heat, add back the shredded chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes more.
