Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
2 cups chopped carrots
1 can chicken or vegetable broth
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can black beans, undrained
1 can white beans, undrained
1 can fat-free refried beans
1 can diced tomatoes (Mexican flavor, zesty mild green chilies)
1 can diced tomatoes (any flavor)
1 cups kernel corn (frozen)
Directions
Saute the onion in about 2 Tbs. of the broth. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.
Serving size is 1 cup of soup.
