Ingredients

1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/3 cup non-fat milk
2 Turkey Hot Dogs, quartered or diced
Directions
Dice up the hot dogs. Mix the Jiffy mix, milk, and egg. Stir in the hot dogs. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool. Once cool place in gallon freezer bag and freeze. To serve: reheat in microwave for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Makes approx. 9 muffins.
