Ingredients

    1 medium onion finely chopped
    2 medium tomatoes finely chopped
    1/2 cucumber peeled and chopped
    2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
    1 tsp of fish sauce (add or reduce according to your taste)
    2 tsp of fresh lime juice (add or reduce according to your taste)

Directions

In a large bowl add chopped onion, cucumber, garlic and tomatoes with fish sauce and fresh lime juice. Give it a good mix.
