Ingredients

Peaches, Fresh, 2 large (2-3/4" dia)
Plums, 2 fruit (2-1/8" dia)
Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped
Cheese Brie Double Cream Masters Choice 1/2 of wheel
Dried Apricot - 5 oz
Corn Niblets Green Giant 1 can
Bacon - Thick Sliced Double Smoked 2 slices
Garlic, 1 clove
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup
Almonds, .25 cup, chopped
Cream Beatrice 35% Whipping 1/2 cup
4 Chicken Breasts, no skin, bone removed
Directions
Combine all ingredients except Chicken and Brie and sautee over low heat in a non stick frying pan until heated through.
Grill or BBQ chicken.
Add brie to mixture to melt down into mixture and thicken the sauce.
Place mixture over grilled chicken breast on plate.
Can be served with rice, beans or other any other side dish.
