Introduction

Skinless thin chicken breasts - brush each side with Dijon Mustard & dredge in flour. Saute chopped green onions & fresh mushrooms. Put chicken breasts on 12" piece of aluminum foil and top each breast with these vegetables. Then put a dab of butter and 1 TBLSPN. reduced sodium soy sauce on each chicken breast. Fold foil over chicken & seal edges leaving a "tent" above the chicken. Put tent chicken in baking dish and Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Ingredients

    Aluminum Foil
    5 boneless thin chicken breasts (or chicken breast halves)
    3 TBSP. Dijon mustard (or what you need to brush on chicken)
    1/4 cup flour
    1 TBSP. Olive olive (for sauteing onions & mushrooms)
    1 cup fresh mushrooms - sliced
    1/4 cup green onions - chopped
    1 TBSP. Butter - divide this into 5 little pieces of butter
    5 TBSP. Soy Sauce - reduce sodium. - 1 TBSP for each chicken breast.
    Serve with Rice & vegetable.

Directions

Makes 5 servings - if your chicken breast package comes with 5 breasts - otherwise 4 servings.
Easy to make and tasty. May be prepared ahead of time & refrigerated prior to baking.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
