    1/2 cup pumpkin
    3/4 vanilla soy milk
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnimon or pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 cup water
    1 tbsp almond butter or oil or applesause

Directions

Makes 8 pancakes. Use a 1/4 measuring cup to dip out the batter and put it onto a sprayed griddle.
