LOVE Manicotti. Made this recipe with a couple of changes. Wheat pasta, part skim Ricotta, egg whites, 2% Mozarella. It is a family hit. Thank you FrannieDid! Now I don't have to miss out on one of my fave dishes. - 11/5/09
