This is an excellant side dish that is different and delicious. This is an excellant side dish that is different and delicious.
Number of Servings: 3


    20 grape tomatoes, halved
    1/4 cup fresh basil
    2 tbsp unsalted butter
    salt and pepper to tast


Melt butter in a heavy skillet over low-medium heat, stirring frequently to keep it from burning. Add the basil and cook until it starts to wilt. Add tomatoes and heat through. Serve immediately. Makes 3 servings, 1/2 cup each.
