Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 large bananas (mashed)
    1 egg
    1 stick butter (melted)
    1 1/2 cup flour (I use whole wheat or unbleached)
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees. For bread, bake for 60 minutes. For muffins bake 20-25 minutes.

Makes 16 servings.
