8 cups wegmans crispy rice cereal
16 oz wegmans mini marshmallows
4 Tbsp Smart Balance buttery spread
Directions
In a large sauce pan, melt the smart balance over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir often until they are completely melted.
Remove from the heat.
Add the cereal and stir until it's completely coated.
Spread it in a 13x 9 " glass pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Cool, then cut 3 x8 for a total of 24 squares.
