Ingredients

2 medium apples, cored and sliced thin
    2 teaspoons brown sugar
    1 tablespoon Triple Sec Liquor
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Cut apples in quarters and then remove the seeds. Slice each quarter into thin slices.

Heat oil in pan, then add the apple slices. Cook on medium-low to medium heat, covered until tender. Add Triple Sec, stir. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, stir.

Serve as a side dish or as a dessert. If serving as a dessert you may wish to add ice cream and caramel sauce or whipped cream. If adding the extras, make sure you include the nutritional value.

This could also be used for a topping for pancakes or waffles, just add a bit of maple syrup instead of the Triple Sec.
