Ingredients

    Chocolate cake mix-dry
    1 stick of margarine, melted
    1 egg

    8 oz cream cheese
    1 cup creamy peanut butter
    3 eggs
    1tsp vanilla
    1 stick of margarine, melted
    16 oz box of powdered sugar

Directions

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Combine cake mix, one egg, and 1 stick of margarine and mix well. Pat batter into a lightly greased 13x9 pan and pat down evenly with hands.
-Filling- beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and butter-beat together. Add powered sugar. Mix well.
-Spread mixture over the cake batter and bake for 40-50 minutes. The center should be gooey, do not over bake.

Cut into 20 pieces

-For a Pumpkin Cake, replace the peanut butter with 15 oz pumpkin pie filling and add 1tsp of cinnamon and nutmeg, also use a yellow cake mix instead of chocolate.

Not a very Diet friendly recipe, but wonderful for special occasions!
