Ingredients

    1 lb sausage
    1/2 C chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 can (10 oz) cream of broccoli soup
    1/2 C milk
    1-2 C fresh broccoli, chopped
    1/2 shredded parmesan cheese
    4 C cooked rotini pasta

Directions

1. Cook sausage in skillet until done; drain
If pasta is not cooked, cook according to directions; drain well
2. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in onion and garlic. Cook until onion is tender; drain
3. Stir in soup, milk, broccoli and 1/4 C cheese into skillet. Heat to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender; stirring occasionally
4. Put pasta in large in a large serving bowl. Pour soup mixture over pasta. Mix well. Sprinke with remaining cheese
