1 package of Morning Star crumples
    1 medium sweep onion chopped
3/4 package of Hodgson Mill Angel hair pasta (or 6 servings of your favorite whole wheat pasta)
3 cups of your favorite vegetarian spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c of water

In a non stick pan with a cover add the crumbles, chopped onion and spaghetti sauce. Add 1/2 c of water. Shimmer at low heat covered for at least 30 minutes (about the time that it takes for the pasta to be done). Stir occasionally

Set a pot of water to boil. Once it reaches rapid boil add 6 servings of your favorite whole wheat pasta. Cook according to the instructions.

Drain the pasta and divide into 6 containers. To each add a 6th of the sauce. Keeps in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and makes great left overs.

Feel free to top your your favorite hard cheese (Asiago, Parmegiano Regiano etc; calories not calculated for cheese)
