Ingredients

    Low sodium chicken broth - 7 cups
    potatoes - 4 medium
    leeks - 4
    onions -2
    butter - 1 pat
    heavy cream - 1/2 cup
    parsley 10 sprigs

Directions

Chop peeled potatoes, onions and leeks and put into boiling broth. Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Add butter , cream and chopped parsley. Cook 5 more minutes. Serve with fresh ground pepper.
