Ingredients

    2# boneless skinless chicken breast
    2-15oz cans seasoned black beans
    1-15oz can fiesta corn
    1-10oz can Rotel
    1 16oz jar picante sauce
    2 Tbsp chili powder
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low heat setting for 8 hours.

Serve over cornbread
