Number of Servings: 20


    2 Cups Whole Grain Flour (I mix in 1/4 of ground flax or bran)
    1 tsp Baking Powder and Soda
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    3/4 cup Brown Sugar (You can reduce if desired)
    1 Whole Egg
    1 Egg White
    1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 cup Mashed Bananas
    1/2 cup Sour Cream
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 cup Dark Choc Chips


Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 2 loaf pans or a 9X13 pan with butter or spray.

Combine flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Set aside.

Combine sugar, eggs, applesauce in processer and mix well. Add bananas, sour cream and cinnamon. Mix well.

Gradually add flour to wet mixture. Mix well. Fold in chcolate chips.

Spoon batter into pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes until fork comes out clean.

Store in an airtight container.
