Introduction

Ingredients

~ 4 peieces of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 C 1% Milk
Pace picante sauce
Tostitos
Directions
Begin by cooking the frozen chicken pieces in boiling water. Leave until they are cooked all the way through and completely white. Shred up the chicken and place it in a casserole dish. Mix the chicken with the Cream of Mushroom soup, milk, and picante sauce. Feel free to vary on the amount of picante sauce.
Next, add about half of the cheddar cheese to the mixture. Also, take about 4 big handfuls of Tostitos, crush them with your hands and mix them into the casserole dish. Spread out the mixture evenly in the dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until the casserole is warm throughout and the cheese is melted.
Will make about 8 servings. I like to serve this with a nice side salad, enjoy!
