    1/2 c. grated Parmesan Cheese

    1 envelope of GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing & recipe Mix

    1/2 tsp. of Garlic Powder

    6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves (2lb)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cheese, salad dressing mix and garlic powder. Moisten chicken with water and coat with cheese mixture. Place in a shallow baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F)

  • This recipe was so easy and very good. It was a little bit salty to me so maybe next time I make it I will add a little fat free sour cream to cut that down. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing the recipe! - 2/17/10
