Ingredients

    Butter, salted, 1/2 stick
    unsweetened applesause, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp
    1 Egg
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 9 tsp or 3tbsp
    Splenda, 36 tsp or 3/4 cup
    Brown Rice Flour, 1/2 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 Cup
    Organic Coconut Flour, Bob's Red Mill, 4 tbsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Now Foods, Whey Protein Isolate, Vanilla, 31 gram(s) or 1/3 cup
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp

Directions

1.Heat Oven to 350ºF

2.Mix sugars, butter, vanilla, applesause, and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour(s), baking soda, protein powder, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir in chocolate. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.

3.Bake for 15 minutes
