Ingredients

    1 block tofu, cubed
    1 T oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 inch ginger, minced
    1 t sesame oil
    1 T wheat free soy sauce

    2 zucchini thinly sliced (I used food processor)

Directions

Saute tofu in oil until brown. Add ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Add zucchini. Cover and cook until zucchini is cooked. Remove cover and let extra water evaporate.
