Introduction
This is so good with my Feta Lemon Salad!! This is so good with my Feta Lemon Salad!!Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
1 medium yellow onion
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 C whole milk
1/4 tsp salt
dash nutmeg
1 1/2 C shredded mozzarella
1 T flour
Directions
Buy or make a pie crust.
Line with 2 sheets of foil, bake at 450 for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes or until crust is set and dry. Remove from oven and reduce oven temp to 325.
Crust is not included in the nutritional facts.
Cook bacon until crisp, keep 2 T of drippings to saute the onion. Saute onion.
Stir together eggs, milk, salt and nutmeg. Stir in bacon and onion. Toss cheese with flour and add to egg mixture. Pour egg mixture into the hot baked crust , bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
