Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 TBS of EVOO
    1 2oz can of anchovies
    1 Cup sliced whtie onion
    .5Cup Flat parsley
    1Cup Cherrie tomatoes
    8oz White wine
    24 Small clams
    8oz Mussels (frozen)
    3TBS minced garlic
    3TBS Smart balance "butter"
    4 TBS Basil

Directions

Cook 1 LB of spagetti

While the pasta is ready:

Heat deep frying pan, pour EVOO
Melt Anchovies
Add Onion and Parsley
When the onions are clear
Add Tomatoes
Cover let simmer
Add Garlic
Add White wine and let wine evaporate a little
Add Clams and Butter
COVER until all clams shells have opened
Discard unopened clams
Add Mussels

Mix with cooked spagetti
3 min before serving add Basil and mix.

Cover and ENJOY!!!
