Ingredients

    1lb 93% or leaner ground beef
    1 can Black beans
    1 can chili beans
    1 can corn
    3 large ripe tomatoes diced (or can of diced tomatoes)
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 or more hot chili peppers or Jalepenos
    salt
    pepper
    garlic/onion powder

Directions

Cook ground beef and chopped chili(s) in a large pot (add salt pepper, garlic powder, etc to taste). Drain can of black beans and chop tomatoes (or used canned diced tomatoes). Add all ingredients with juices to pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for at least 20 minutes. Serve with cornbread if desired.

    Very Good
    This was really good, easy to make as spicy as you desire. Very filling and makes enough for dinner with leftovers for lunch the next day. - 11/11/09
