Ingredients

    Cooked whole wheat pasta (1 cup dry/100 g)
    Tuna canned in water, drained (1 can/150 g)
    Thinly sliced leek (1 cup/100 g)
    Cherry tomatos, quartered (1 cup/100 g)
    Non-fat/low-fat creme fraiche or sour cream (0.5 cup/100 g)
    A dash of mayo
    salt & pepper

Directions

Cook pasta, slice leek and tomatos, drain can of tuna. Combine with creme fraiche and add salt and pepper to taste. A dash of mayo rounds off the taste.
