Ingredients

    1 Corn Tortillas
    3/4 of Wild Fillet
    1/4 c Shredded Cabbage
    Fish Sauce (Mayo, Thai Chili Sauce, Lime Juice)
    Marinated in Fat Free Italian Dressing

Directions

Prep

10 or more minutes - Defrost and marinate fish in Italian Dressing and Lime Juice (add salt/pepper if you prefer).

Mix together hot sauce, 1 squirt of lime juice and mayo. Set aside in refrigerator.

Cook

Wrap tortilla(s) in foil and place in oven for 5 minutes.
Grill fish for 4 minutes (per side or until done).

Build Taco (Tortilla, Fish, Cabbage, Sauce)

Makes 1 Taco but ingredients can be split onto more tortillas to make more tacos.

    use any fish, marinade or spice accordingly, can use cole slaw mix instead of cabbage, USE romain or butter lettuce cups instead of shells

    Very Good
    I made it but I altered it a bit. I used low fat mayo and taco seasoning to which I added a mashed avacado and freshly made salsa from the store. Also, I used carrots instead of cabbage. I really enjoyed it. - 10/3/09

    Carrots instead of cabbage sounds good; I will try that next time I make them. Sometimes we replace the mayo with fat-free yogurt...but the mayo tastes so much better. :)
