    Eggplant, fresh, 2 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb)
    *Corn Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 6 cloves
    Ground Pork, 500 grams
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Corn Oil, 1/2 cup

Directions

Chargrill talong and peel. Open it up and fill with mixture of garlic, onion, pork, salt,oil, and cover with egg.
Deep fry in oil.
