Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb.
    Onions, chopped, 1 cup
    Oregano, 1/2 tbsp
    Basil, 1/2 tbsp
    Garlic, 4 tsp
    Curry powder, 1-1/2 tbsp
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 5 cups
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cheese Tortellini (Rosetto), 4 cups (frozen)
    Spinach, fresh, 4 cups

Directions

Over medium-high heat, brown chicken with onions and spices in a pot sprayed with cooking spray. When both sides are browned, pour in chicken broth and water. Turn heat to high and bring to boil. Add tortellini and turn heat down to medium. Cook 5 minutes, then add spinach. Stir and serve. Makes 6 servings of 1.5 cups each.
