Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

A nice piece of salmon or tuna steak, deboned and deskinned.
    Soy Sauce and sesame seeds...

Directions

Put soy sauce on a plate and sesame seeds on a plate. Dip fish in soy on both sides. Then dip into the sesame seeds and sear on a sprayed grill. Mine cooks both sides same time, but if you are using a pan, flip and do each side. Once they are done pour soy sauce over the top and serve immediately. Simple and healthy!

Never thought to try this with salmon. I make a similar dish using tuna steaks instead of salmon and a mixture of both white and black sesame seeds. Great results considering the simplicity of the preparation. - 1/8/12

Seared in a pan which created a nice crust and kept the inside very moist and tender. Would also be excellent using chicken breasts or tuna. - 5/1/08
