Introduction
I love this spagetti!! You wouldn't believe how great it tastes with the ground chicken! I don't usually buy the ground chicken patties, I get the ground chicken that is usually near the ground turkey. You can also use ground turkey in this, but I like the flavor of the chicken, kinda tastes like chicken parmesean! I love this spagetti!! Ingredients

4 oz ground chicken (cook then measure on scale)
1 cup cooked whole wheat rotini pasta
1/2 cup Ragu Parmsean and Romano spagetti sauce
1 Large Yellow Onion
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
Directions
In a little olive oil saute the onion. When carmalized add the mushrooms for a few minutes just til soft. Place in a bowl on the side. Add the ground Chicken to the pan and chop and cook it just like ground beef. While you are cooking the onions and mushrooms start boiling your water for the pasta. Cook 1 box of pasta according to the directions. Drain the pasta and measure 1 cup and put in a tupperware or glad container. Once your ground chicken is cooked. Measure 4 oz in a cup on your scale and place in the container with the pasta. Add 1/2 cup of onions and mushrooms, and 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce. You should be able to pre-fill about 6 containers with the amount of ingredients you have for meals later in the wee or for other family members. ENJOY!!
