Introduction

I have no idea what to call these things but they are a staple in our house for baking. You can make them for any occasion and add seasonal sprinkles on top. They are basically peanut butter cookies in miniature cupcake cups with a miniature Reese's in the middle. I have no idea what to call these things but they are a staple in our house for baking. You can make them for any occasion and add seasonal sprinkles on top. They are basically peanut butter cookies in miniature cupcake cups with a miniature Reese's in the middle.
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    .5 c peanut butter
    .5 c shortening
    .5 c brown sugar
    .5 c white sugar
    1.25 c flour
    .25 t salt
    .5 t baking powder
    .75 t baking soda
    36 miniature Reese's

Directions

Mix first four ingredients until smooth. Add in flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Roll into small (one inch diameter) balls and place one in each miniature cupcake liner. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden but not completely done.

Press one Reese's into the middle of each cupcake. Sprinkle with seasonal sprinkles if desired.

Makes 36 cookies.
