Ingredients

    1.5 Cups of Panko (Japanese Bread Crumbs)
    5 Tbl El Pinto Green Chile Sauce
    16 Oz. Ground Chicken Breast
    2 Tbl Chimayo Red Chile Powder
    2 Tbl Granulated Garlic
    1 Tbl chile piquin (red pepper flake)

Directions

Combine ground chicken, Chile sauce, spices and 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs in a bowl.

Place 1 cup of Panko in a separate dish and put aside

Roll 20-21 2" diameter balls and roll the balls in the rest of the Panko to lightly coat each ball.

Place the balls on foil covered - or parchment paper-lined baking sheets

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Makes 20-21 balls
