Ingredients

    8oz ribeye steak
    1 large zucchini, unpeeled, sliced lengthwise into 1/4" thick slices
    Olive oil cooking spray
    1 tsp garlic pepper seasoning (divided)
    1 Tbsp unsalted butter
    2 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Spray Zucchini slices with olive oil spray and season with 1/2 tsp garlic pepper. Grill over medium high heat until just tender (2 - 3 minutes per side). Remove from grill and keep warm. Season steak with remaining garlic pepper and spray with olive oil spray. Grill over medium high heat 5 - 7 minutes per side, until desired degree of doneness. While steaks are grilling, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic. To serve, divide zucchini on two plates. Slice steak into thin slices and serve over zucchini. Drizzle garlic butter over steak and zucchini.
