Ingredients

1 cup low fat plain yogurt
    2.5 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
    .5 tsp brown sugar
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and gobble it up!

I like to mix mine the night before to allow the flavors to mix and mingle. I love this over hot oatmeal, pancakes, or waffles. So yummy!

This can be used as a festive dip with graham crackers or those spicy German Christmas cookies that look like windmills.

    Very Good
I really like this - I tend to add more pumpkin (1/2 c yogurt to 1/4 c pumpkin), but the taste is great! And so quick to get a pumpkin pie flavored treat. - 5/8/15
