Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 chicken breasts
    4 slices swiss cheese
    Herb stuffing mix
    1/2 stick of margarine

Directions

Mix soup, wine and salt and pepper. Set aside. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a baking dish. Arrange one slice of cheese on each breast, pour soup mix over, sprinkle with the stuffing mix, drizzle margarine over the top. Bake at 350 for 45 min.

    Incredible!
    I used Fat Free cream of chicken soup, Jarlsburg Lite swiss and Brumbel & Brumbel yogurt spread (instead of margarine). I also added a bag of frozen whole green beans. - 9/24/10
