Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 tbsp garlic
    2 tsp lea & perkins
    1 tbsp oregano
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup peas and carrots (frozen)
    1 pkg garlic mashed potatoes prepared

Directions

Scramble fry beef in large pan. Add all ingredients except potatoes...transfer to baking pan....cover with potatoes...cook in oven at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes
