Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove)
    *Bisquick Healthy Heart (dry), .5 cup (remove)
    *Evaporated milk, lowfat 2%, 13 oz (remove)
    *Libby Canned Pumpkin--15 oz can, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Cloves, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high 1 minute. Pour into a greased, 9-inch pie pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes.

You may replace the nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger with 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, if desired.

    I have made this for years, but reduce the calories even more by using Splenda and substituting applesauce for half of the butter. I also use pumpkin pie spice. I also use canned whipped cream to finish off each piece. - 12/12/10

    Incredible!
    Made this yesterday, for Thanksgiving dinner. Had to leave out cloves as I didn't have any. Used light oil (olive & canola mixture) instead of butter. Turned out great, got rave reviews and 2 people asked for recipe. This one goes in my files! - 10/11/10
