Ingredients

    1 - 16 oz. can Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
    1 - 9 oz. can Tuna in water, drained and flaked
    1/2 cup Celery, finely chopped
    1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
    4 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 tsp. Freshly ground Black Pepper
    1 med. Tomato, diced
    1 Hard Boiled Egg, peeled and chopped

    Shredded lettuce or mixed greens

Directions

In a bowl, combine beans, tuna, celery, onion, parsley, vinegar, oil and pepper; stir to combine.

Add diced tomato and egg. Serve over a bed of lettuce/mixed greens.
