Ingredients

    10 strawberries
    10 blackberries
    1 banana
    2 scoops of protein powder ( 30 grams)
    6 oz of very vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup of lemonade ( to taste)
    ice , about half a cup


Directions

Blend all ingredients in the blender and enjoy.
